He studied and excelled in finance, accounting and economics at one of the best business schools in the country. CMA – Brian is a Certified Management Accountant. This designation means that not only is Brian educated in all aspects of tax and accounting but that he must take professional development courses to maintain his designation in good standing with The Society of Management Accountants. CFP – Certified Financial Planner. It only made sense that Brian would merge his love of corporate finance with his passion for serving his clients personal financial needs. This qualification pulls together his passion for both and allows him to act as both your accountant and your financial advisor.
After a decade of working in the corporate world holding positions of Controller for a major Canadian retailer, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for private companies it was time to open his own practice.
Opening a tax, accounting and investment services business in the early nineties that focused on tax issues for self-employed taxpayers was only the starting point to building the thriving practice of today.
